Here it is, my last REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley Presidential message. (frowny face)
2016 is almost to an end. It feels like yesterday that I started my official duties as your President. It has been a wonderful year representing all of you across the state and the country. I’m confident that we are in great hands with our 2017 Officers, Rick Sawicki, Ed Alford, Kelly Bowman, Sue Drumm and directors.
It’s hard to believe all that was planned and accomplished in a short 12 months. Click here to see the RAPV COMMITTEE ACCOMPLISHMENTS of 2016.
It takes a collective effort to make an association like ours viable, and I think it is only fair that special thanks also go out to all the volunteer members including our 2016 Board of Directors, President-Elect - Richard Sawicki Jr., Treasurer - Edward Alford, Secretary - Sue Drumm, Immediate Past-President - Dawn Henry, our State Directors as well as the chairmen and women of our busy committees and all those who have served. THANK YOU all for all of your hard work.
RAPV plays a vital role in our profession, and I hope that in the coming years each member will find a way to serve the organization that serves you. We will continue to monitor legislation that affects your ability to practice real estate and those that affect private property rights. We will continue to provide affordable networking and education opportunities. If you have stepped up in the past, we thank you. If you have not yet, now is the time.
I thank you all – the members of RAPV – for allowing me to serve you as president over the last year. It has been an honor, a joy, and an experience that I will always cherish. I have met many new, interesting colleagues, made many new friends, and enjoyed it to the fullest. I look forward to seeing you at upcoming RAPV events.
Lastly, special thanks to our RAPV office staff for making this a very successful year. We are truly blessed to have such great and caring staff at the RAPV.
Facebook is the ultimate social media platform. It allows users to do an abundance of free marketing. It does not take much to
become savvy at posting, liking and sharing photos, but Facebook Live is a
whole new area many are intimidated to explore. Use this guide to help get your
foot off the ground in live-streaming.
