HISTORY OF THE ASSOCIATION

The REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley, Inc. was founded as a chapter of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in May of 1915.  The initial membership consisted of five REALTORS® gathering around a table at the Worthy Hotel in Springfield.  The first Association office was located in the offices of members.
