We distribute news releases, arrange media interviews, coordinate advertising campaigns, and spearhead community service programs as part of the public affairs efforts to present a positive image of REALTORS® to the public.

EDUCATION
The future of training is NOW! A multitude of professional development opportunities are offered: Designation courses such as ABR (Accredited Buyer Agency), GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), the Annual Education Fair & Trade Show, motivational speakers, FIRE (Foundations in Real Estate) and BLAST (Build Lasting Agent Strategies and Tactics, specific issues of timely concern, such as techology classes, sales techniques, financing, agency, and many others. Learn new skills, increase your profit potential, and minimize risk. Take a look at our current education offerings.
If you're thinking about getting into the real estate business, we regularly offer a state approved Pre-License School which is the first step in obtaining your salesperson's license. If you're in the business and want to expand your career opportunities to management or ownership of a real estate firm, we offer a Pre-License Broker course.
THE BUILDING
Our 12,000 square foot building is a unique real estate facility that was built in 1990 and is unlike any other in Western New England. Take advantage of education seminars, supply pick-up, committee meetings, social events, Resource Center, and Supply Center - all under one roof!
LOCATION
Sensitive to time and distance, RAPV is conveniently located just off Rte. 291, four miles from Rte. 91 and downtown Springfield. Plenty of free parking!
Committees
Committees are the foundation of the organization. With a streamlined structure, your involvement will be "time-defined."

Your business interests are represented through communication with local, state and national elected officials, and by monitoring legislative and regulatory issues.
REALTOR® RESOURCE CENTER
More than just a library, the Resource Center has computer access allowing members to check email and MLS PIN when they are at the association. Reference materials are also available, including books, video and audio tapes, periodicals, trade papers, journals, etc.
REALTOR® SUPPLY CENTER
You'll find savings at the REALTOR® Supply Center as an RAPV member. Member discounts on ALL products are at your store. Inventory is regularly updated to meet all your real estate needs.
REFERRAL NETWORK
Profit from networking and referral opportunities by attending dinner meetings, education seminars, committee meetings, social events - and more.
SCHOLARSHIPS

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Professional Standards is at the center of REALTOR® philosophy. The Code of Ethics is vigorously enforced by impartial committee members who strive to maintain the high standard of conduct all members have pledged to uphold by virtue of the Code.

A computerized statewide property listing service with over 10,000 members.
MLS COMPUTER TRAINING
As one of the statewide sites, RAPV offers FREE ongoing MLS PIN computer training.
COMMERCIAL & INVESTMENT DIVISION
Members receive specialized education and marketing sessions. An internet based MLS and free internet exposure for members' listings are the latest additions to CID services.
RESOLVING DISPUTES
